Tri County Area Vikings (Howard City, MI) fans went home in high spirits Monday as they observed their soccer squad triumph over the host Lakeview Wildcats (Lakeview, MI), 5-0 in a league outing.

The Vikings (5-5) will now prepare for their outing against Muskegon (Muskegon, MI). The Big Reds go into the non-league outing with a 0-10 record. In their last outing, Muskegon was overwhelmed by Fremont (Fremont, MI), 9-0, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Wildcats confront the Kent City Eagles (Kent City, MI) in a Central State outing, on Wednesday, September 17. Lakeview will attempt to improve on its 4-5 season record. The Eagles come into the test with a 8-3 record after their 0-0 league Big Rapids (Big Rapids, MI).
