In Monday's non-league test, the Baconton Charter Blazers (Baconton, GA) softball squad overwhelmed the host Brookwood Warriors (Thomasville, GA), by a tally of 11-1.

Next, the Blazers clash with the Southwest Georgia STEM Charter Aggies (Shellman, GA) in a 1A D-II Region 1 test, on Tuesday, September 16. Baconton Charter will attempt to advance on its 5-6 season record. The Aggies go into the test with a 6-3 record after their 13-5 league loss to Pataula Charter Academy (Edison, GA).

The Warriors (5-8) will now prepare for their test against Terrell Academy (Dawson, GA). The Eagles go into the GIAA Class AAA & AAAA District 3 contest with a 10-5 record. In their last contest, Terrell Academy thwarted Southland Academy (Americus, GA), 5-1, in a non-league contest.
