In Monday's non-league match, the visiting Blue Springs South Jaguars softball team scored a nice 9-1 victory over the Blue Springs Wildcats.
The Jaguars (9-5) will now prepare for their match against Staley (Kansas City, MO). The Falcons go into the Class 4 District 16 match with a 1-2 record. In their last match, Staley was routed by Raymore-Peculiar (Peculiar, MO), 9-4, in a non-league game.
The Wildcats now hold a 3-5 record. They play next when they host Raymore-Peculiar for a non-league game on Monday, September 22.
