Next, the Blue Tide play the Islands Sharks (Savannah, GA) in a 3A Region 3 battle, on Tuesday, September 16. Long County will attempt to better on its 16-3 season record. The Sharks come into the battle with a 3-7 record after their 8-0 non-league loss to Savannah Christian (Savannah, GA).

With the loss, Bryan County moves to 9-10 on the season. The Redskins travel to Jenkins County (Millen, GA) to confront the War Eagles in a 1A D-II Region 3 challenge on Tuesday, September 16. The War Eagles go into the challenge with a record of 6-8. Jenkins County won 20-12 in their recent non-league challenge against Jefferson County (Louisville, GA)
