Massachusetts High School Volleyball - Brockton tips Cardinal Spellman

The Brockton Boxers (Brockton, MA) volleyball held off the visiting Cardinal Spellman Cardinals (Brockton, MA), 3-2 in Monday's non-league bout.

The Boxers now possess a 6-0 record. They play next when they host Fontbonne Academy for a non-league match on Wednesday, September 17. Brockton will battle a Ducks squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Bridgewater-Raynham (Bridgewater, MA). The Ducks record now stands at 1-5.

With the loss, Cardinal Spellman drops to 2-4 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Arlington Catholic (Arlington, MA) to meet the Cougars in a Catholic Central - Large contest on Tuesday, September 16. The Cougars enter the contest with a record of 4-0. Arlington Catholic won 3-0 in their recent non-league battle against Pioneer Charter School of Science (Everett, MA)
