North Carolina High School Volleyball - Providence Day Cannon

In Monday's league challenge, the host Cannon Cougars volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Providence Day Chargers.

The Cougars (5-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Charlotte Country Day School (Charlotte, NC). The Buccaneers come into the NCISAA Charlotte Independent Schools Athletic challenge with a 8-5 record.

The Chargers now sport a 8-8 record. They play next when they host Charlotte Christian for a NCISAA Charlotte Independent Schools Athletic challenge on Thursday, September 18. Providence Day will play a Knights team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Charlotte Country Day School (Charlotte, NC). The Knights record now stands at 10-5.
