In Monday's league challenge, the host Holmes Bulldogs volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Covington Latin Trojans.
The Bulldogs (1-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Bellevue (Bellevue, KY). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 1-7 record. In their last challenge, Bellevue was beaten by Heritage Academy (Florence, KY), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Trojans meet the Heritage Academy Eagles (Florence, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 23. Covington Latin will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
