In Monday's non-league challenge, the host DeQuincy Tigers volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Leesville Wampus Cats.
The Tigers (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Church Point (Church Point, LA). The Bears go into the non-league test with a 2-4 record. In their last test, Church Point gained a win over Jennings (Jennings, LA), 3-1, in a non-league test.
The Wampus Cats now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Washington-Marion for a non-league test on Thursday, September 18. Leesville will face a Charging Indians squad coming off a 0-0 non-league Elton (Elton, LA). The Charging Indians record now stands at 0-5.
