In Monday's league bout, the Lindbergh Eagles (Renton, WA) volleyball team knocked off the visiting Highline Pirates (Burien, WA), by a margin of 3-0.
The Eagles now possess a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Foster for a 2A KingCo bout on Wednesday, September 17. Lindbergh will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Non Varsity Opponent (, ). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-1.
With the loss, Highline drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Pirates host Evergreen (Seattle, WA) to clash with the Wolverines in a 2A KingCo bout on Wednesday, September 17. The Wolverines enter the match with a record of 2-3. Evergreen won 3-0 in their recent non-league match against Interlake (Bellevue, WA)
