Fans at Monday's league contest between the Vaughn White Tigers (San Fernando, CA) and the visiting Northridge Academy Pumas (Northridge, CA), observed Vaughn's volleyball team top Northridge Academy by a tally of 3-0.

The White Tigers (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against Sherman Oaks CES (Reseda, CA). The Knights go into the Valley test with a 5-2 record.

The Pumas now own a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fulton for a Valley test on Thursday, September 18. Northridge Academy will encounter a Jaguars squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to East Valley (North Hollywood, CA). The Jaguars record now stands at 3-4.
