The Portage Christian topped the visiting Granger Christian Knights volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's league test.
The now have a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Heritage Christian for a South Shore Athletic test on Tuesday, September 21. Portage Christian will confront a Defenders team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Covenant Christian (DeMotte, IN). The Defenders record now stands at 5-2.
The Knights (1-3) will now prepare for their test against La Lumiere (La Porte, IN). The Lakers enter the South Shore Athletic test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, La Lumiere was knocked off by Elkhart Christian Academy (Elkhart, IN), 3-0, in a non-league test.
