The Almond-Bancroft Eagles football squad scored 52 points and restricted the visiting Tri-County Penguins to 19 in the Eagles league victory on Friday.
The Eagles now possess a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Newman for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 24. Almond-Bancroft will face a Fighting Cardinals squad coming off a 57-12 league win over Port Edwards (Port Edwards, WI). The Fighting Cardinals record now stands at 5-0.
