The Bishop Manogue Miners topped the visiting Reno Huskies football team by a final score of 34-14 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Bishop Manogue improves its record to 3-2 on the season. The Miners host Spanish Springs (Sparks, NV) to confront the Cougars in a 5A Northern outing on Friday, September 23. The Cougars go into the outing with a record of 2-3. Spanish Springs won 33-12 in their recent league outing against McQueen (Reno, NV)

With the loss, Reno moves to 3-2 on the season. The Huskies travel to Damonte Ranch (Reno, NV) to confront the Mustangs in a 5A Northern outing on Friday, September 23. The Mustangs go into the outing with a record of 0-4. Damonte Ranch lost 37-21 in their recent league outing against Reed (Sparks, NV)
