In Friday's league battle, the visiting Bucksport Golden Bucks soccer team scored a tight 5-1 win over the Dexter Tigers.
With the win, Bucksport moves its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Golden Bucks travel to Calais (Calais, ME) to battle the Blue Devils in a Class C - North bout on Monday, September 19. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a record of 4-3. Calais lost 9-2 in their recent league bout against Washington Academy (East Machias, ME)
In their next game, the Tigers battle the Fort Kent Warriors (Fort Kent, ME) in a Class C - North bout, on Wednesday, September 21. Dexter will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record.
