The Borrego Springs Rams topped the visiting Calipatria Hornets volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Friday's non-league test.
The Rams now have a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Shores for a Southern Manzanita test on Wednesday, September 21. Borrego Springs will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School (Temecula, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-9.
The Hornets (5-6) will now prepare for their test against Chula Vista (Chula Vista, CA). The Spartans enter the non-league test with a 7-14 record. In their last test, Chula Vista was knocked off by El Cajon Valley (El Cajon, CA), 3-0, in a non-league test.
