The Helix Highlanders volleyball team (La Mesa, CA), went down 2-0 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Sage Creek Bobcats (Carlsbad, CA)
The Bobcats (18-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Redlands (Redlands, CA). The Terriers enter the non-league challenge with a 10-4 record. In their last challenge, Redlands defeated Yucaipa (Yucaipa, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Highlanders encounter the Bonita Vista Barons (Chula Vista, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 16. Helix will attempt to move on its 6-7 season record. The Barons enter the challenge with a 12-1 record after their 3-1 non-league win over La Jolla (La Jolla, CA).
