The Needles Mustangs volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Laughlin Cougars to 0 in the Mustangs league victory on Friday.
The Mustangs now possess a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Founders Academy for a 2A South game on Wednesday, September 28.
The Cougars (1-3) will now prepare for their game against Mohave Accelerated (Bullhead City, AZ). The Patriots enter the non-league game with a 7-5 record. In their last game, Mohave Accelerated was dropped by Bagdad (Bagdad, AZ), 3-2, in a non-league game.
