Texas High School Volleyball - Lee routed by Sterling

The Sterling Rangers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Lee Ganders to 0 in the Rangers league victory on Friday.

The Rangers now possess a 17-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Port Arthur Memorial for a 5A Region III District 17 game on Tuesday, September 20. Sterling will meet a Titans team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Barbers Hill (Mt. Belvieu, TX). The Titans record now stands at 3-10.

The Ganders (5-16) will now prepare for their game against Port Neches-Groves (Port Neches, TX). The Indians enter the 5A Region III District 17 game with a 10-15 record. In their last game, Port Neches-Groves was dropped by Crosby (Crosby, TX), 3-0, in a league game.
