Texas High School Volleyball - Reedy over Newman Smith

Reedy Lions (Frisco, TX) supporters left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Newman Smith Trojans (Carrollton, TX), 3-0 in a league match.

Next up, the Lions battle the Lone Star Rangers (Frisco, TX) in a 5A Region II District 9 match, on Tuesday, September 20. Reedy will attempt to advance on its 13-10 season record. The Rangers come into the match with a 15-8 record after their 3-1 league loss to Wakeland (Frisco, TX).

With the loss, Newman Smith drops to 4-11 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to The Colony (The Colony, TX) to battle the Cougars in a 5A Region II District 9 match on Tuesday, September 20. The Cougars come into the match with a record of 14-6. The Colony won 3-0 in their recent league match against Creekview (Carrollton, TX)
