The Valencia Vikings held off the visiting Golden Valley Grizzlies volleyball team by a score of 1-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Vikings now have a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Thousand Oaks for a non-league test on Saturday, September 16. Valencia will confront a Lancers team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Harvard-Westlake (Studio City, CA). The Lancers record now stands at 0-1.
The Grizzlies (0-4) will now prepare for their test against Saugus (Saugus, CA). The Centurions enter the test with a 11-1 record.
