Bluefield Beavers (Bluefield, WV) supporters were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Pocahontas County Warriors (Dunmore, WV), 5-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Beavers confront the PikeView Panthers (Princeton, WV) in a Coalfield AA challenge, on Thursday, September 21. Bluefield will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record.

The Warriors now possess a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Nicholas County for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 21.
