Oak Ridge Trojans (El Dorado Hills, CA) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Nevada Union Miners (Grass Valley, CA), 2-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Trojans battle the Whitney Wildcats (Rocklin, CA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 16. Oak Ridge will attempt to advance on its 13-3 season record.

With the loss, Nevada Union drops to 2-3 on the campaign. The Miners host Ponderosa (Shingle Springs, CA) to battle the Bruins in a match on Monday, October 2. The Bruins come into the match with a record of 1-4.
