In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Santa Fe Prep Blue Griffins soccer squad scored a close 6-0 triumph over the Academy for Technology and The Classics .
The Blue Griffins (3-6) will now prepare for their battle against East Mountain (Sandia Park, NM). The Timberwolves come into the non-league battle with a 5-3 record. In their last battle, East Mountain was overwhelmed by Del Norte (Albuquerque, NM), 4-1, in a non-league battle.
The (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Moreno Valley (Angel Fire, NM). The Timberwolves come into the A/3A District 5 battle with a 1-2 record. In their last battle, Moreno Valley was overwhelmed by Monte Del Sol Charter (Santa Fe, NM), 9-0, in a league battle.
