The Hornets enter the outing with a 11-5 record after their 13-1 non-league win over Lexington (Lexington, MO).

The Warriors (4-7) will now prepare for their outing against Mercer (Mercer, MO). The Cardinals enter the Class 1 District 15 outing with a 2-4 record. In their last outing, Mercer ran past Tri-County (Jamesport, MO), 20-2, in a non-league outing.
