Nebraska High School Softball - Ponca bounces Pierce

The Ponca Indians routed the visiting Pierce Bluejays softball squad by a final score of 11-6 in Saturday's non-league battle.

The Indians (11-10) will now prepare for their battle against Central City (Central City, NE). The Bison go into the non-league battle with a 16-2 record. In their last battle, Central City held off Aurora (Aurora, NE), 12-3, in a non-league battle.

The Bluejays now possess a 9-13 record. They play next when they travel to Highway 91 for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 16.
