The Chieftans now have a 21-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tahoka for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 19.

The Patriots (6-13) will now prepare for their test against Christ the King Cathedral (Lubbock, TX). The Golden Lions enter the TAPPS 2A District 1 test with a 16-9 record.
