Nebraska High School Volleyball - Burwell West Holt

The West Holt Huskies topped the host Burwell Longhorns volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's league test.

The Huskies now have a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Niobrara/Verdigre for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 19. West Holt will confront a Cougars team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to St. Francis (Humphrey, NE). The Cougars record now stands at 2-9.

The Longhorns (7-5) will now prepare for their test against Heartland Lutheran (Grand Island, NE). The Red Hornets enter the non-league test with a 7-5 record. In their last test, Heartland Lutheran was knocked off by Ansley/Litchfield (Ansley, NE), 3-0, in a league test.
