Iowa High School Volleyball - North Mahaska can't hold off Lynnville-Sully

In Saturday's league battle, the visiting Lynnville-Sully Hawks volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the North Mahaska Warhawks.
The Hawks (10-3) will now prepare for their battle against Montezuma (Montezuma, IA). The Braves come into the South Iowa Cedar battle with a 5-12 record. In their last battle, Montezuma was edged by B-G-M (Brooklyn, IA), 3-1, in a league battle.
Next, the Warhawks encounter the Prairie City-Monroe Mustangs (Monroe, IA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 16. North Mahaska will attempt to move on its 10-6 season record. The Mustangs come into the battle with a 5-8 record after their 3-0 league loss to Greene County (Jefferson, IA).
