Indiana High School Volleyball - Monroe Central over Tri

The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Monroe Central Golden Bears (Parker City, IN) and the visiting Tri Titans (Straughn, IN), saw Monroe Central's volleyball squad beat Tri by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Monroe Central upgrades its record to 8-7 on the year. The Golden Bears travel to Knightstown (Knightstown, IN) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 16. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 2-11. Knightstown lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Shenandoah (Middletown, IN)

The Titans now own a 10-9 record. They play next when they travel to Anderson Prep Academy for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 16. Tri will play a Jets squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Madison-Grant (Fairmount, IN). The Jets record now stands at 0-9.
