The West Liberty Comets volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Muscatine Muskies to 1 in the Comets non-league victory on Saturday.

The Comets now possess a 12-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Washington for a non-league game on Saturday, September 16. West Liberty will meet a Demons team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Fairfield (Fairfield, IA). The Demons record now stands at 4-11.

The Muskies (8-4) will now prepare for their game against Davenport North (Davenport, IA). The Wildcats enter the Mississippi game with a 7-10 record. In their last game, Davenport North was nudged by West Liberty (West Liberty, IA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
