The West Liberty Comets topped the visiting Washington Demons volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Comets now have a 14-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Davenport North for a non-league test on Saturday, September 16. West Liberty will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Pleasant Valley (Pleasant Valley, IA). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-8.

The Demons (5-14) will now prepare for their test against Mt. Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, IA). The Panthers enter the non-league test with a 4-18 record. In their last test, Mt. Pleasant was knocked off by Davis County (Bloomfield, IA), 2-0, in a non-league test.
