The Southside Christian Patriots (Waycross, GA) flag football tipped the visiting Open Bible Christian (Valdosta, GA), 24-18 in Monday's non-league outing.
The Patriots now sport a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Corinth Christian Academy for a Southeastern Christian West outing on Friday, September 20. Southside Christian will clash with a Warriors squad coming off a 41-32 league win over Northside Christian Academy (Starke, FL). The Warriors record now stands at 2-3.
With the defeat, Open Bible Christian drops to 4-2 on the campaign. The host Children's Educational Services Academy (Jacksonville, FL) to meet the Knights in a test on Thursday, September 19. The Knights come into the test with a record of 0-0.
