With the win, San Diego advances its record to 4-7 on the season. The Cavers travel to Santa Fe Christian (Solana Beach, CA) to play the Eagles in a non-league battle on Wednesday, September 18. The Eagles go into the battle with a record of 1-1. Santa Fe Christian won 13-12 in their recent non-league battle against Southwest EC (El Centro, CA)

The Pointers now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Rancho Bernardo for a non-league battle on Thursday, September 19. Point Loma will play a Broncos team coming off a 32-0 league loss to Del Norte (San Diego, CA). The Broncos record now stands at 1-4.
