The Fruita Monument Wildcats got by the visiting Palisade Bulldogs football team by a score of 12-8 in Monday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Wildcats play the Grand Junction Tigers (Grand Junction, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 23. Fruita Monument will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Tigers go into the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 24-22 league win over Montrose (Montrose, CO).
The Bulldogs (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Meeker (Meeker, CO). The Cowboys go into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Meeker was edged by Moffat County (Craig, CO), 38-8, in a non-league challenge.
