The Grand Junction Central Warriors triumphed over the host Palisade Bulldogs softball squad by a count of 16-5 in Monday's league challenge.
Next, the Warriors play the Eagle Valley Devils (Gypsum, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, September 18. Grand Junction Central will attempt to upgrade on its 4-1 season record. The Devils enter the challenge with a 4-2 record after their 11-3 league win over Rifle (Rifle, CO).
The Bulldogs (0-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Grand Junction (Grand Junction, CO). The Tigers enter the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record.
