West Virginia High School Soccer - PikeView knocks off Mingo Central

In Monday's non-league outing, the visiting PikeView Panthers soccer squad scored a tight 8-1 win over the Mingo Central Miners.

The Panthers (7-3) will now prepare for their outing against Shady Spring (Shady Spring, WV). The Tigers enter the Coalfield AA outing with a 7-1 record. In their last outing, Shady Spring tipped James Monroe (Lindside, WV), 6-1, in a league outing.

Next up, the Miners confront the Logan Wildcats (Logan, WV) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, September 17. Mingo Central will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record. The Wildcats enter the outing with a 4-4 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Man (Man, WV).
