In Monday's league outing, the visiting Warwick Warriors soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Penn Manor Comets.
The Warriors (8-1) will now prepare for their outing against Hempfield (Landisville, PA). The Black Knights go into the Lancaster - Lebanon Section 1 outing with a 7-1 record. In their last outing, Hempfield got by Manheim Township (Lancaster, PA), 2-0, in a league outing.
Next up, the Comets confront the J.P. McCaskey Red Tornado (Lancaster, PA) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, September 18. Penn Manor will attempt to improve on its 6-3 season record. The Red Tornado go into the outing with a 5-3 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Cedar Crest (Lebanon, PA).
