With the triumph, Liberty improves its record to 8-5 on the year. The Lancers host Fountain-Fort Carson (Fountain, CO) to clash with the Trojans in a 5A CSML test on Tuesday, September 17. The Trojans go into the test with a record of 2-11. Fountain-Fort Carson won 22-0 in their recent non-league test against Palmer (Colorado Springs, CO)

The Eagles (8-9) will now prepare for their test against Rampart (Colorado Springs, CO). The Rams go into the 5A CSML test with a 4-6 record. In their last test, Rampart held off Doherty (Colorado Springs, CO), 20-15, in a non-league test.
