The crowd at Monday's league bout between the White County Warriors (Cleveland, GA) and the visiting Lumpkin County Indians (Dahlonega, GA), observed White County's softball team get by Lumpkin County by a final score of 5-4.

The Warriors (11-8) will now prepare for their bout against Dawson County (Dawsonville, GA). The Tigers go into the 3A Region 6 bout with a 13-10 record. In their last bout, Dawson County tipped Chestatee (Gainesville, GA), 13-5, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Indians battle the Pickens Dragons (Jasper, GA) in a 3A Region 6 bout, on Tuesday, September 17. Lumpkin County will attempt to better on its 14-8 season record. The Dragons go into the bout with a 15-4 record after their 21-4 league win over Chestatee (Gainesville, GA).
