The Cherokee Chiefs topped the visiting Mainland Regional Mustangs volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Monday's non-league game.

Next up, the Chiefs face the Shawnee Renegades (Medford, NJ) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, September 17. Cherokee will attempt to advance on its 4-1 season record. The Renegades go into the game with a 2-2 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Camden (Camden, NJ).

The Mustangs (2-3) will now prepare for their game against Cedar Creek (Egg Harbor City, NJ). The Pirates go into the non-league game with a 7-0 record. In their last game, Cedar Creek gained a win over Oakcrest (Mays Landing, NJ), 2-0, in a league game.
