In Monday's non-league challenge, the visiting Cornwall Central Dragons volleyball team scored a close 3-2 victory over the O'Neill Raiders.

The Dragons (4-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Valley Central (Montgomery, NY). The Vikings enter the Section 9 Orange County III challenge with a 4-2 record. In their last challenge, Valley Central was tipped by Monroe-Woodbury (Central Valley, NY), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Raiders meet the Monticello Panthers (Monticello, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, September 18. O'Neill will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Fallsburg (Fallsburg, NY).
