Next up, the Mustangs face the Middletown South Eagles (Middletown, NJ) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, September 18. Marlboro will attempt to advance on its 3-3 season record. The Eagles go into the game with a 3-2 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Red Bank Regional (Little Silver, NJ).

The Green Wave (0-5) will now prepare for their game against Colts Neck (Colts Neck, NJ). The Cougars go into the non-league game with a 2-4 record. In their last game, Colts Neck went down by Howell (Farmingdale, NJ), 2-0, in a league game.
