The Marshals now possess a 3-2 record. They play next when they host Paducah Tilghman for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 19. Marshall County will clash with a Blue Tornado team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Calloway County (Murray, KY). The Blue Tornado record now stands at 4-7.

With the loss, Mayfield drops to 11-3 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Hickman County (Clinton, KY) to clash with the Falcons in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 17. The Falcons come into the bout with a record of 6-5. Hickman County won 3-2 in their recent league bout against Fulton County (Hickman, KY)
