Illinois High School Volleyball - Mendon Unity tips Rushville-Industry

In Monday's league challenge, the visiting Mendon Unity Mustangs volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Rushville-Industry Rockets.

The Mustangs (6-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Beardstown (Beardstown, IL). The Tigers come into the West Central - North challenge with a 2-8 record. In their last challenge, Beardstown was nudged by Illini West (Carthage, IL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Rockets play the Midwest Central Raiders (Manito, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 17. Rushville-Industry will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record.
