Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the University Prep Panthers (Redding, CA) and the host Lassen Grizzlies (Susanville, CA), observed University Prep's volleyball team top Lassen by a tally of 2-0.

The Panthers (18-0) will now prepare for their contest against Chico (Chico, CA). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Chico was beaten by University Prep (Redding, CA), 2-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Grizzlies meet the Yreka Miners (Yreka, CA) in a test, on Thursday, October 2. Lassen will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record.
