The Desert View Jaguars flag football team (Tucson, AZ), was tipped 7-0 in Tuesday's non-league bout with the visiting Buena Colts (Sierra Vista, AZ)

With the win, Buena advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Colts host Nogales (Nogales, AZ) to encounter the Apaches in a 5A Southern bout on Thursday, September 18. The Apaches go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Coming up next, the Jaguars battle the Flowing Wells Caballeros (Tucson, AZ) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, September 18. Desert View will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Caballeros enter the contest with a 0-1 record after their 40-12 non-league loss to McClintock (Tempe, AZ).
