California High School Flag Football - Laguna Creek tipped by Elk Grove

The Laguna Creek Cardinals flag football squad (Elk Grove, CA), was nudged 19-12 in Tuesday's league contest with the visiting Elk Grove Thundering Herd (Elk Grove, CA)

The Thundering Herd (7-2) will now prepare for their contest against Sheldon (Sacramento, CA). The Huskies enter the Delta League contest with a 11-0 record. In their last contest, Sheldon nudged Cosumnes Oaks (Elk Grove, CA), 31-13, in a league match.

Coming up next, the Cardinals confront the Monterey Trail Mustangs (Elk Grove, CA) in a Delta League match, on Thursday, September 18. Laguna Creek will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Mustangs enter the match with a 7-2 record after their 34-0 non-league win over Florin (Sacramento, CA).
