In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Alleghany Cougars volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Rockbridge County Wildcats.
The Cougars (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Staunton (Staunton, VA). The Storm enter the non-league challenge with a 5-2 record. In their last challenge, Staunton beat Waynesboro (Waynesboro, VA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Wildcats meet the Stuarts Draft Cougars (Stuarts Draft, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 18. Rockbridge County will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record.
