The Fort Defiance Indians nudged the host Buffalo Gap Bison volleyball team by a tally of 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

The Indians now have a 5-2 record. They play next when they host Wilson Memorial for a non-league outing on Thursday, September 18. Fort Defiance will play a Green Hornets team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Riverheads (Staunton, VA). The Green Hornets record now stands at 7-1.

With the defeat, Buffalo Gap moves to 4-3 on the season. The Bison travel to Bath County (Hot Springs, VA) to confront the Chargers in a non-league game on Wednesday, September 17. The Chargers go into the game with a record of 6-0. Bath County won 2-0 in their recent non-league game against Highland (Monterey, VA)
