North Carolina High School Volleyball - Long Shoals Wesleyan Academy over Challenger

In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Long Shoals Wesleyan Academy Crusaders volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Challenger Firebirds.
The Crusaders (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Nebo Crossing Academy (Nebo, NC). The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 10-0 record. In their last outing, Nebo Crossing Academy beat Pinnacle Classical Academy (Shelby, NC), 2-1, in a league outing.
With the loss, Challenger drops to 3-4 on the campaign. The Firebirds host Veritas Christian Academy (Arden, NC) to play the Warriors in a game on Thursday, September 18. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 2-5. Veritas Christian Academy lost 2-1 in their recent league game against The Master's Academy (Forest City, NC)
